Who are S4S?
S4S is a partnership of Horsham District organisations including Horsham District Council, Rotary Clubs, schools, businesses and sports clubs. The charity SportsAid will provide advice and administrative support to the process.
What are the aims of S4S?
To assist talented athletes young sports people achieve their full sporting potential. To promote the positive influence those successful young athletes can have on other young people within local communities.
How do you obtain funding?
It is intended that monies will mainly be raised by many groups and individuals making small donations or efforts rather than by a few organisations making large contributions. The plans include a significant annual fund raising event which will provide an opportunity to showcase the Horsham District, its sporting successes and its community spirit.
However there are very exciting and innovative propositions for Businesses who wish to get involved !!

Age 8 and upwards
How do I qualify for an award?
S4S supports athletes that compete at a regional level and above. Award levels are based on our awards criteria.
How are awards accessed?
S4S works in partnership with Sports Aid for Awards nominated by a Sport's National Governing Body. Other Applicants are assessed by the Set4Success Selection Comittee. Appliicants must live or go to school/college in the Horsham District.
Can I apply if I am already funded?
Who can nominate?
Athletes can apply, or be nominated by their school or club.
Who are Sportsaid?
Sportsaid is a national registered charity whose core function is to assist talented athletes aged between 12 and 18 years old who are nominated by a Sports National Governing Body. SportsAid advise Set4Success of all nominations who reside or go to school in the Horsham District.
